Summer Alphabet Worksheets

Summer Alphabet Worksheets

These pages help students review and practice recognizing and naming all uppercase and lowercase letters of the alphabet, printing all uppercase and lowercase letters, and identifying letter sounds and beginning sounds. These pages require no preparation or lamination – simply print and use.

You receive 26 alphabet letter pages (one for each letter) + 4 letter writing pages.

Each alphabet letter page has 3 sections.
Section 1: Students use their visual discrimination skills to hunt for uppercase and lowercase letters in the underwater ocean picture.

Section 2: Students trace and write uppercase and lowercase letters.

Section 3: Students color the pictures on the sand bucket with the correct beginning sound.

The 4 letter writing pages contain pairs of sunglasses. For each pair of sunglasses, the student must write either the matching uppercase letter or the matching lowercase letter.

These pages are perfect for summer review, morning work, small group and independent practice, literacy centers, homework, early finishers and more! Even though they are aligned to kindergarten common core standards, they may also be used for students in first grade who are struggling or need more practice or advanced Pre-K students.

These pages address the following common core standards: RF.K.1.D, L.K.1.A, RF.K.3.A, RF.K.3.B
