Using Diplomas, End of the Year Certificates Digitally for Distance Learning

Since many schools are staying closed for the remainder of the school year, teachers will not be able to print and hand out diplomas or end of the year certificates personally.

In this post I am going to show you how you can still recognize your students and send them a special, personalized diploma or end of the year certificate using my editable diplomas and certificates.

You will be able to easily customize the diplomas and certificates for your students and school and then send them via Google Classroom, Seesaw, email, text, or any platform that supports JPEG picture files.

I’m also going to show you how to customize the graduation or end of the year celebration invitations for digital learning in case you are doing an online celebration using Zoom Meeting or Google Meet. You can send each student a customized invitation to get them excited for the event!

Watch the video tutorial below to see how simple it is to customize and send personalized diplomas and graduation invitations digitally.

I hope this was helpful in making your end of the year special for your students!

You can also print your diplomas or certificates and drop off or mail them to your students along with a personalized end of the year gift.
